Produce Ingestion Risk Results
Incremental levels of chemicals in below-ground vegetables (i.e., roots such as
manioc) were estimated based on soil concentration and soil to root
bioconcentration factors. Levels of chemicals in above-ground vegetables
(e.g., rice) were calculated using both air deposition rates and soil to root uptake
of chemicals.
